This is the San Martin Place. Is the second most important place in the downtown of Posadas. Is between Ayacucho and Junin streets. Is dedicated to Jose de San Martin, the most important procer, who fight for the independence of Argentina in 1816. Also declared the independence in Peru and Chile.

Sabías que hay una estatua del General San Martín en el Central Park de New York, que es copia de la estatua original que esta en Buenos Aires?
