Mate.


This is the 6 feet Mate to the entrance to "Galeria del Mate", is pretty curious see a giant mate, mate is an infusion of herb called literally "yerba mate" with hot water of course, is very common in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, here in Misiones usually it drinks bitter and in Buenos Aires it drink with sugar, I personally preffer sweet with a orange skin, is very tasty, of course with A Bollo.

This is a traditional neighbourhood in the north of Posadas, here is the Sarmiento st. barely the Riverside (Costanera Ave.), and in the background the San Roque Gonzales bridge, between Posadas (Argentina) and Encarnacion (Paraguay).

Welcome to Posadas.



Well, this is the "rotonda" the entrance to Posadas, in the intersections of route 12 a.k.a Quaranta Ave and Uruguay ave.
I wish post this pictures before, but sinceraly I don´t have it yet.

Railroroads.


Well, this is the rails of the Urquiza train in the outsides of Posadas, like you see, the abandoned state of the entire sistem is absolut. And now the goverment want to make the High speed train. Sinceraly I think, first have to get better the actually railroads system.

Got "Bollo".


This is a "Bollo" is a kind of bread but fried, with sugar, this usually eats with Mate, in the afternoons in Argentina, here in Misiones called Bollo, but in Buenos Aires it called "Bolas de Fraile", mean Friar`s Ball. Nice isn`t it?.
